A little more than a year ago I took a road trip around the southern tip of the Baja peninsula with one of my closest girlfriends. The trip was perfect. We went at our own pace, ate tons of tacos and homemade popsicles, swam, sunbathed, spent the mornings paddleboarding around the reef, and went to bed early most nights. 

I only wish we had seen more whales.
